The Sugar Cane Season up here in Far North Queensland is the life blood for many and has been for generations. Each season the harvest teams gear up for a full on, non stop harvest, working extremely long days in all kinds of weather conditions. Drive along almost any road In tropical North Queensland and you will see fields and fields of sugar cane, harvesters, cane trains, mills and of course banana crops.
